Due to the ever increasing rent prices in London, artist studio space is becoming further out of reach for many artists, threatening London's status as a world-class creative hub.

We provide affordable studio spaces for artists, makers and designers, so that artists have a place to carry out their craft and showcase their work.

By offering affordable studio spaces for artists, we hope to help not only the artists themselves, but also to raise awareness and discussion around the preservation of the arts, and to get people talking about the detrimental effect that the commercialisation of our city is having on our cultural heritage.

Whether it's for the people of Hackney, or internationally, our aim is to preserve a creative presence.
